Seven-plus years making mission systems work together.

I support USMC and joint training environments as a C2 systems integrator with the MAGTF Staff Training Program, and I lead technology strategy as Chief Information Officer of Web Business Solutions Inc. My background runs from hands-on network engineering and RMF accreditation to curriculum development, operational assessment, and executive decision support.

The common thread: translating between operators, engineers, and leadership. I take warfighter workflows, mission objectives, and technical constraints and turn them into system employment guidance, integration priorities, and clear recommendations that people can act on.

  1. C2 Systems Integrator

    MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP) · Web Business Solutions Inc. · Quantico, VA

    MAR 2023 — PRESENT

    • Integrate and operationalize Agile Client, GCCS-J, Maven Smart System, TAK, C2PC, TCS, AFATDS, and JADOCS to improve interoperability, information flow, and decision advantage across Joint Task Force and MAGTF operations centers.
    • Created the C2 Integration Course taught by the MAGTF Integrated System Training Centers (MISTCs). Developed the curriculum architecture, student and facilitator guides, integration labs, system checklists, and a capstone scenario covering intelligence, fires, and maneuver data exchange across echelons.     • Developed a Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) process map supporting joint planning discussions and end-to-end data integration across disparate C2 systems.
    • Designed and led the C2 Curriculum Working Group (C2CWG) collection plan: observation frameworks, standardized reporting, survey integration, and trend analysis that feed enterprise-level improvements.
    • Deliver academic instruction and scenario-driven training to Echelon III and IV watch floors, raising individual proficiency and collective staff effectiveness.
    • Advise during planning conferences and exercise design on system employment, capability gaps, and integration strategy.

  2. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)

    • Led a team of network engineers across the MISTC sites — setting priorities, assigning work, tracking milestones, and coordinating with government stakeholders — while staying hands-on with network and server engineering.
    • Directed the team through multiple Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), managing control implementation, evidence collection, risk assessments, POA&M support, and stakeholder reviews through the full RMF lifecycle.
    • Drove the creation of standardized training networks across all MISTC locations, establishing repeatable procedures for the installation, integration, sustainment, and troubleshooting of C2 systems and supporting infrastructure.
    • Deployed and optimized servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and virtualized environments to DoD/DoW security and configuration standards.
    • Designed and maintained virtualized network environments enabling scalable, repeatable exercise and lab configurations across distributed training sites.
    • Delivered Tier I–III support and end-user training across Windows, Linux, networks, and applications, improving readiness and reducing downtime.

  3. Systems and Network Engineer

    • Provided oversight and hands-on assistance to training audiences in the utilization and operation of C2 systems during Combat Operations Center (COC) operations, including support to BSTEX COC training exercises.
    • Developed and documented standardized installation, operation, integration, and sustainment procedures for C2 systems, computer operating systems, networks, and VMware configurations and architectures across five MISTC training networks.
    • Installed, configured, optimized, and maintained network servers, Cisco routers, switches, and hubs to security policy and technical requirements, and implemented access control lists on routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
    • Managed accounts, network rights, and access to C2 systems and equipment, processed Systems Authorization Access Request (SAAR) forms, and provided end-user IT support across operating systems, peripherals, and applications.
    • Created and maintained O365 collaborative environments (SharePoint, MS Teams) — site collections, templates, lists, libraries, workflows, and navigation — and developed ITPRAS procurement waivers through the Marine Corps Remedy system.

  • Led the company's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) effort, unifying the technology organization and translating NIST SP 800-171 requirements into operational controls, evidence, and remediation plans over a five-year compliance program.
